Pre-Order & Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting the launch of Pure by Prestigious ✨

Please note that all orders placed during our launch period are pre-orders. This means your order is reserved in advance and will be fulfilled after the pre-order window closes.

Pre-Order Window
Pre-orders will remain open for a limited time during our official launch period. Once the pre-order window closes, orders will no longer be accepted until the next restock.

Processing Time
Please allow 7–10 business days after the pre-order period closes for order processing, production, and fulfillment.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
    •    Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
    •    Free Shipping ($50+): 5–8 business days
    •    Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date your order is placed.

Order Updates
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Refunds / Cancellations
Due to the made-to-order nature of our pre-order launch, all pre-order sales are considered final. Once an order is placed, cancellations, refunds, or changes cannot be guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Delays
Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors outside of our control (such as weather, carrier delays, or high order volume). We appreciate your patience during these times.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
